Managed with passion by Salvatore and Lucia along with their children Giovanni and Barbara, Agriturismo S’Ozzastru was born from the desire to complement the family’s agricultural activities, which have been ongoing for generations, with authentic hospitality rooted in the agropastoral culture of Dorgali. Set within a 100-hectare estate, it is located just 6 km from the town, perched on a hill that offers panoramic views surrounded by greenery, hills, and olive trees, overlooking the Supramonte and the beaches of Cartoe and Osalla.

The property features rooms, studios, and two-room apartments with kitchens, perfect for those seeking independence and tranquility. The meticulously designed spaces are furnished in traditional Sardinian rustic style, featuring wooden ceilings and reed accents, along with handmade curtains and chandeliers. All accommodations are air-conditioned and equipped with private bathrooms, refrigerators, TVs, mosquito nets, and spacious flower-filled verandas with views of nature.

Adjacent to the agriturismo, there is an educational farm, a large garden with a playground, and a well-equipped agricultural campsite with pitches, areas for caravans and campers, electric hook-ups, and facilities for water loading and unloading.

The restaurant area welcomes guests in a warm and friendly atmosphere, featuring wooden furnishings, exposed beams, and a charming fireplace framed by a time-worn log. Each day, breakfast serves authentic products: fresh milk, homemade pastries and jams, yogurt, fruit, cereals, bread, ricotta, honey, and local cured meats and cheeses. Once a week, guests can participate in a traditional Sardinian dinner with a fixed tasting menu, entirely made from the farm's own produce. It’s an experience that combines flavor, tradition, and hospitality.

For those who choose to stay in a property without a kitchen, as well as for those who decide to spend their time in one of our charming Apartments or Rustic Suites, we offer the option of a stay with room-only accommodation. Every morning, guests can enjoy a delightful breakfast at our Panoramic Bar Kiosk, located in the Pool Area. Here, you can take advantage of the morning tranquility of the countryside and admire the stunning panoramic view that encompasses the Supramonte Mountains and the beautiful Sea of the Gulf of Orosei.

Hey, I'm Barbara

Please to meet you, my name is Salvatore and I am 58 years old. In this photo I am with my wife, Lucia, Giovanni, Barbara I have been doing this job for 46 years along with my family. As well as we cook for the guests, we take care of the crops, we rear the animals. I chose this job because to give my children a better life Our guests especially appreciate the chance to stay in a natural setting.

In collaboration with the Dorgali and Cala Gonone hiking cooperatives, the agriturismo offers guided tours and excursions to the most beautiful places in the Gulf of Orosei and Gennargentu Park.

It also offers the opportunity to go horse riding, hiking, climbing and help out on the farm (milking, sheep shearing etc.) - booking required. There is also an educational farm for children, cookery classes and more.

For generations, the farm’s main activity has been breeding livestock (sheep, cattle and pigs) and its secondary activity agriculture (vineyards and olive groves).

The produce offered in the restaurant and for sale is genuine and organic: cold cuts, hams, cheeses, honey, bread, strictly homemade pasta (cheese/ricotta ravioli, malloreddus and macarrones de rosinitta), Canonau wine, extra virgin olive oil and digestifs (mirto, spirits, limoncello and cream liqueurs).
