Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded
The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 29 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 0% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 28 to 27 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 0% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 26 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 0% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 1% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

I stayed at the property with a group of friends and families. Valerio and Vinceza welcomed us as one does with old friends, and that's when the spell was cast, lasting throughout our stay. If I had to describe the evening with an adjective, I would use: genuine. The owners are genuine, the welcome is genuine, the food is genuine (and delicious), all in a context expertly cared for in detail and with an enchanting view over the gulf and the city of Cagliari. We will definitely return and I recommend this experience to everyone.

We were hosted in this splendid villa with a panoramic view over the Gulf of Cagliari. What can I say about the welcome? It felt like home! Excellent dinner with local products, of high quality and in abundant portions. Everything was perfect from the aperitif to the homemade desserts, to the wines and the good bread. Thanks to Vincenza, Valerio, and their kids Alessio and Aurora. We will happily return for more days of relaxation!

Fantastic place! The location is spectacular: modern and well-kept structure with a fantastic view of the Gulf of Cagliari. Unforgettable breakfast on the terrace; just for the freshly made papassini, the trip is worth it. Extremely kind and friendly owners with a high wine and food culture ranging from Sardinia to all of central Italy. The wine list is memorable. To try and retry.

The property is located within a beautiful green area, just a few minutes from the city, from which the beautiful beaches of Chia and the archaeological site of Nora are easily reachable. The owners are extremely hospitable and friendly. Definitely worth a return.
