The company is located just 500 meters from the sea, renowned for the clarity and unique colors of its waters, and is in close proximity to the charming beaches of Porto Tramatzu, Chia, Tueredda, Cala Zafferano, and Dune Bianche. Surrounded by Mediterranean scrub, the establishment is 4 kilometers from the nearest town and only a few minutes from the new marina, easily accessible via the scenic coastal road that stretches along 30 kilometers of pristine natural landscapes, untouched by urban development.

In addition to the stunning scenery, the agriturismo features a swimming pool and six self-contained, air-conditioned mini-accommodations, constructed with masonry and adorned with artworks from renowned Sardinian painters and sculptors of the 20th century. Each unit is equipped with comfortable beds and a veranda with a table and chairs, where guests can unwind amidst nature. The agriturismo also has a fully-equipped agricultural campsite in its garden, perfect for those seeking a more direct experience with the surrounding environment.

The sea, located just 500 meters away, is easily accessible, as are many archaeological sites of interest, ranging from pre-Nuragic to Punic remains. Nature enthusiasts can explore the WWF forest of Monte Arcosu, where it is possible to spot Sardinian deer and fallow deer, or take boat trips along the beautiful coastline of Capo Teulada, reaching the picturesque cliffs of Cala Piombo, where the last specimens of sea eagles have been sighted. A visit to the Is Zuddas caves in Santadi is also a must.

Nearby beaches, including Porto Tramatzu, Dune Bianche, and Tueredda, received the Blue Flag designation in 2016, confirming their excellence in water quality and services. At Porto Tramatzu, guests can rent boats from the beach establishment to fully enjoy the crystal-clear waters.

The agriturismo is adjacent to the municipal equestrian center, which offers horseback riding excursions. During the summer months, typical dinners are organized daily at discounted prices. Additionally, throughout the summer, Teulada and nearby towns host a vibrant program of events, including local festivals, folk performances, concerts, and children's entertainment. At the end of August, the town of Sant’Annarresi hosts a renowned Jazz Festival, attracting internationally acclaimed artists and enriching the cultural and musical offerings of the area.
