The house features spacious and well-organized areas designed to ensure a comfortable stay throughout the year. The two terraces on the first floor, one facing East and the other West, along with the adjacent veranda, keep the spaces cool and pleasant during summer days, creating perfect spots to relax after a day at the beach or to dine outdoors while sheltered from the sun. The property is surrounded by a large, well-maintained garden, enhanced by a small pine grove, palm trees, and oleanders, which provide a tranquil Mediterranean atmosphere.
The interiors are spread over two levels. On the ground floor, there is a bright living room with a seating area, a bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchenette with an induction cooktop. The upper floor includes three spacious bedrooms and a second bathroom. Amenities include a TV, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, hairdryer, iron, linens, and towels, as well as games and books for children. The accommodation can host up to seven guests, featuring a room with a double bed and a crib, a second double bedroom, and a third room with two single beds, one of which is a foldable model with a memory foam mattress. A spiral staircase connects the two levels.
The area is quiet and safe, with window grills and a perimeter fence that includes an electric gate. Guests have access to the entire property, including the veranda and garden, where there is ample space for parking multiple cars. Waking up to the sounds of nature and the option to have breakfast outdoors makes the stay especially enjoyable.
The location allows for a five-minute drive to Platamona beach and approximately a fifteen-minute drive to the beautiful destinations in Northwest Sardinia, such as Balai, Stintino, Castelsardo, and Alghero. Porto Torres is less than ten kilometers away, and the nearest public transport stop is about a kilometer away, making it preferable to have a personal vehicle. The house combines tranquility, convenience, and a natural setting that enhances every moment of your stay.
