The property is surrounded by a large garden featuring a veranda, cozy seating areas, sun loungers, and a ping pong table. Common areas include a welcoming lounge equipped with a TV and computers available for guest use. The rooms are simple and functional, each equipped with a private bathroom featuring a hydromassage shower. Daily cleaning and linen changes every three days are included in your stay.

In the morning, a hearty breakfast is served with individually packaged products, in compliance with current regulations. Espresso, cappuccino, and tea are freshly prepared upon request. Wi-Fi access is free and available without restrictions.

Just 10 kilometers away, you can find the crystal-clear waters of Costa Rei and other stunning beaches in southeastern Sardinia, easily accessible for those who wish to alternate beach days with the tranquility of the countryside.
