Nestled among the olive and carob trees of the Modica countryside, Agriturismo Case Nativo welcomes its guests in an authentic rural setting where historical charm meets the comforts of modern living. Once the vibrant heart of local agricultural activity, the 19th-century manor house and the surrounding ancient rural buildings have been meticulously restored to create seven fresh and bright studios. These accommodations are simply furnished and equipped with a kitchenette, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a private bathroom. Each unit features its own entrance, a small terrace, and views of a landscape that invites relaxation.

Outside, the well-maintained greenery stretches across meadows and characteristic dry stone walls, providing perfect spaces for relaxation and socializing. The elegant swimming pool is ideal for refreshing oneself on warmer days, while a barbecue area and a relaxation room with audiovisual technology enhance the experience for shared moments. Guests also have access to parking, an electric car charging station, and designated smoking areas.

The apartments can host up to 28 guests. Cleaning is done weekly, and towel changes are provided every three days. A double sofa bed for children is available upon request. Pets are welcome for a small additional fee for final cleaning. Accessibility is ensured for guests with disabilities, and the hosts, who speak Italian and English, are courteous and discreet in their assistance.

Upon arrival, you will find some products to prepare your own Italian-style breakfast: cow's milk and almond milk, coffee, tea bags and bottled tea, traditional biscuits, and homemade jam, when available.
