Nestled in the lush landscape of the Sicilian countryside and just a short walk from the sea, the Al Ficodindia holiday home welcomes guests near Sampieri, known for its long beach dominated by the ancient Pisciotto kiln and the picturesque cove of Costa di Carro, which can be reached in just a few minutes on foot.

The property consists of a large building divided into independent apartments of various sizes, suitable for couples, families, and small groups. Each unit features its own entrance, a private bathroom with a shower, a well-equipped kitchenette, a refrigerator, a television, and a dedicated outdoor space, complete with shaded gazebos or furnished terraces for relaxing moments outside. The bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, while numerous windows and the sea breeze ensure a pleasant atmosphere even during the hottest months.

Guests can enjoy spacious common areas, including a lush garden with a vegetable patch and orchard, a shared kitchen, a library, a barbecue area, an outdoor shower, and laundry facilities. The property provides bed linens and towels with weekly changes, kitchenware, and, upon request, a crib or travel cot, high chair, iron, hairdryer, blender, grill, bicycles, and beach umbrellas.

Al Ficodindia offers five apartments and a room located just 200 meters from the beach, as well as two apartments situated in the tranquility of a rural building 800 meters from the cliffs. All accommodations include a private area in the expansive garden and internal parking, with access to the barbecue area.

The property is powered by a photovoltaic system and a solar thermal system, ensuring energy independence and environmental sustainability. Its strategic location allows easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches along the coast, as well as numerous cultural and natural attractions in the area. A minimum stay of two nights is required.
