After a lengthy and successful career in the restaurant industry, highlighted by the acclaim of his restaurant in Ortigia – which is highly regarded in major culinary guides – he decided to passionately dedicate himself to this project alongside his wife Mirella. Since 2016, he has personally managed the hospitality of guests, paying attention to every detail with the same commitment he has always shown in his cooking. Always approachable and attentive, he strives to make everyone feel at home, often surprising them with unexpected yet delightful culinary creations. His experience, combined with a love for the local area, ensures that every stay at the villa is an authentic and unforgettable experience.
