The meticulously designed spaces include a main apartment on the first floor and an independent ground-floor annex, both offering cozy and private areas. The Morus apartment features a double bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen, along with an internal elevator that leads directly to the spa. The Ficus annex is a studio apartment complete with a kitchenette, dining area, and private bathroom.

Guests can take advantage of the outdoor pool year-round, which is surrounded by a spacious sun terrace equipped with loungers, umbrellas, a kitchen, and a barbecue. In the cooler months, winter opening can be arranged upon request. The indoor wellness area, available by reservation, includes a sauna, bio-sauna, hot tub, and personalized treatments.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a gift basket and provided with a stocked pantry and refrigerator for the first days of their stay. Amenities included in the stay are Wi-Fi, private parking, mid-week cleaning, and pool towels.
