Surrounded by a unique landscape where the crystal-clear sea meets the land and mountains, the residence provides a haven of peace and tranquility, away from the tourist hustle yet just a short distance from the town center. It is located only 1.3 km from the town's entrance, and a personal vehicle is necessary, as the area lacks public transport.

Being close to the coast allows for breathtaking views and an exceptional natural environment. The residence is approximately 200 meters from the sea and 300 meters from the ancient Tonnara del Secco, one of the most picturesque spots in the area. The famous Zingaro Nature Reserve, known for its scenic trails and turquoise coves, is just 5-6 km away and easily accessible by car.
