For over twenty years, I have been involved in the restaurant industry, a journey that began in hospitality school and has been fueled by a specific dream: to create my own place where I can warmly welcome guests and passionately apply everything I’ve learned. Today, that dream has become a reality. Together with my brother Mirko and with the invaluable support of our family, we run a small country house nestled in the Sicilian countryside, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards in the Belice Valley. We wanted this place to tell the story of our land, not only through hospitality but also through its flavors. This is why we established the taste lab, the vibrant heart of our B&B, where we offer tastings of local products, cooking and pastry classes, and mini wine appreciation courses designed for those who love to learn and explore. Occasionally, this space transforms into a television studio, hosting video recipes and food content in collaboration with local professionals dedicated to rediscovering and promoting Sicilian culinary traditions.
