Casa Vignali is a charming country house located in the Sicilian countryside, just a few kilometers from the coastal village of Brucoli. Originally an ancient agricultural estate from 1870, it retains the authentic charm of rural spaces from the past, featuring a wine press, granary, and olive mill, all of which have been reimagined into a cozy and private residence.

The house spans approximately 220 square meters and consists of two adjacent yet independent units, making it perfect for those who wish to enjoy their stay while maintaining privacy and autonomy. The interior includes four bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bathrooms, and two spacious living verandas, ideal for enjoying the outdoors.

The garden, terrace, private parking, complimentary WiFi, and well-equipped outdoor areas ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. The small pool with a sun deck and shower, created from an old cistern that was once used for irrigating the citrus grove, adds a unique and captivating element, connecting modern comfort with the area's agricultural heritage.

The location allows for a blend of beach, nature, and cultural visits: Brucoli is just a few minutes away, Augusta is nearby, while Syracuse, Ortigia, Catania, Mount Etna, and Taormina are excellent destinations for exploring eastern Sicily.

Area Campagna

The location of Casa Vignali allows for an authentic experience of Sicily, characterized by Mediterranean landscapes, charming coastal villages, maritime traditions, and historically rich cities. The surrounding countryside offers tranquility, the scents of citrus fruits, and typical views of the eastern Sicilian coast, all while providing easy access to some of the island's most captivating destinations.

Just a few minutes away lies Brucoli, an ancient fishing village known for its natural harbor, fishermen's boats, and the Aragonese castle overlooking the sea. Its small coves, seafood restaurants, and relaxed atmosphere make it a perfect spot for sunset strolls and days spent by the water.

Nearby is Augusta, a city surrounded by water and steeped in a long maritime tradition. The area features picturesque coastal views, small ports, rocky beaches, and landscapes that beautifully contrast the blue sea with the Sicilian countryside.

Heading south, you reach Siracusa, one of the most enchanting cities in the Mediterranean, famous for the Archaeological Park of Neapolis, the Greek Theatre, and the island of Ortigia, the historical heart of the city. Here, light-colored stone alleys, baroque squares, historic markets, and seaside terraces create a unique atmosphere, especially captivating in the evening hours.

To the north lies Catania, a vibrant city at the foot of Mount Etna, renowned for its baroque architecture made from lava stone, historic markets, traditional cuisine, and lively urban life throughout the year. From here, excursions can be organized to the volcano, featuring craters, forests, and breathtaking views of the Ionian coast.

This area also serves as an excellent base for exploring Taormina, the beaches of the Riviera dei Ciclopi, the natural reserves along the Syracuse coast, and various gastronomic routes through wineries, citrus groves, and typical products of eastern Sicily.
