Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.50 per person per night is applicable up to 5 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 1 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms are cleaned every 2 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

La struttura è realizzata con gusto ed è funzionale, soprattutto in ragione dello spazio a disposizione. È accogliente e altrettanto lo sono i gestori/titolari, Nicola e Giovanna, oltre al personale tutto. Non è nel centro urbano ma quest'ultimo si raggiunge molto facilmente, offre quindi quiete e tranquillità pur ad un passo da Marsala. Siamo stati coccolati e ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Mi sono trovato molto bene per un soggiorno di 2 notti a Marsala. Consiglio il B&B che offre piscina, parcheggio, bar, spazio barbecue e jacuzzi.

Che dire, abituato a viaggiare all'estero ero convinto di non poter trovare in Sicilia un posticino cosi originale. Posto molto curato sia nell'immagine che nella gestione, per non parlare della cucina! Ottimi piatti, magari senza una dovuta decorazione, ma vi assicuro che non vi mancherà! una vera prelibatezza assicurata anche dalla location che dispone sempre di pesce freschissimo. La simpatia dei ragazzi ad incominciare da Nikola fa si che ti rimangano dei ricordi molto cordiali, quasi da altri tempi. Per chi vuole veramente staccare i ponti dalla vita frenetica di tutti i giorni è un vero, piccolo paradiso! Il mare dista poche centinaia di metri ma vorrei ricordare che si possono fare tappe davvero uniche come FAVIGNANA. Grazie ancora a tutto lo staff di Case Vacanze Signorini
