Nestled within the Etna Park, the agriturismo Cirasellaetna welcomes guests to a historic stone farmhouse dating back to the mid-19th century. Surrounded by ancient trees and boasting a breathtaking view of the volcano's summit and the sea, this location offers a serene and authentic atmosphere, perfect for those seeking to connect with nature in complete harmony.

Its prime location allows for exploration of the summit craters of Etna and its wooded trails, as well as easy access to tourist destinations like Taormina and Syracuse. Cirasellaetna also hosts a cultural center that organizes events focused on ecology, yoga, and organic farming, engaging both adults and children in immersive experiences that respect the environment.

Once a farmer's residence and a place for producing and storing fruits, oil, grains, and wine, the property has been fully renovated to provide comfortable accommodations in four distinct rooms, each with its own entrance and private bathroom. The spaces remain naturally cool in the summer and warm in the winter, ensuring a cozy and relaxing stay. The total capacity is 13 sleeping arrangements.

Guests can choose from various stay options: overnight with breakfast, half board, or full board, with meals made from local and authentic ingredients. Cirasellaetna serves as the perfect starting point for a journey through nature, tradition, and wellness at the foot of Europe’s highest volcano.

The breakfast provided varies according to our guests' preferences and consists of three different options:
1. Italian Breakfast: a delightful selection that includes milk, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, homemade jams, bread, cookies, and cakes, cereals, Etna honey, yogurt, fresh fruit, eggs, and fruit juices.

2. Continental Breakfast: for those who prefer a European flair, we offer milk, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, homemade jams, an assortment of breads, cookies, and cakes, cereals, Etna honey, yogurt, fresh fruit, eggs, along with local cured meats, cheeses, and herbal tea.

3. Vegetarian and Vegan Breakfast: a rich and healthy option that includes milk, coffee, tea, dark chocolate, homemade jams, bread, cookies, and cakes, cereals, Etna honey, yogurt, fresh fruit, eggs, fruit juices, and a variety of flaxseeds, almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, as well as soy and rice milk and whole cane sugar.

The vegetables and fruits come directly from the garden and orchard, harvested at the perfect moment of ripeness to ensure flavor and nourishment. The dishes are enhanced by the aroma of fresh herbs, the rich taste of extra virgin olive oil from Etna, and the distinctive touch of Sicilian capers. Indigenous legumes such as chickpeas, fava beans, lentils, and cicerchia are served alongside whole grains and pasta, while the desserts highlight the authentic flavors of almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, and sesame.

The main courses feature traditional recipes reinterpreted with typical regional ingredients and are paired with a selection of Etna and Sicilian wines. Hey, I'm Laura

Laura and Joseph chose for many years to retire to the countryside to live simply and practicing sustainable organic farming. Participation in the rhythms of nature helps them get into mystical relationship of love with life and all living things. To do this they started to rebuild (even with their own manual labor) the old stone houses of the farmers and put back into production the typical orchard, only through their own efforts, without government aid, with pioneering spirit. Joseph loves trekking and walks around the volcano and is passionate about the crafts and mechanical, like turn on his Harley davison and skeet shooting, like all animals, especially dogs, Italian music and the works. Laura loves walks, yoga, reading, the polyphonic singing, cooking healthy foods and tasty with Sicilian ingredients and imagination.

Additionally, the Citelli Refuge is less than a 10-minute drive from there.
