Nestled in the serene countryside of Camarina, Il Carretto Ibleo Bed and Breakfast is born from a deep love for Sicily, its culture, and traditions. Converted from a carefully restored old farmhouse, it features spacious and welcoming rooms, decorated to harmonize with the surrounding environment and equipped with all modern comforts. Guests can unwind outdoors in the inner courtyard or the large baglio, where a hearty breakfast is served in the morning, and where it's delightful to indulge in peaceful moments surrounded by silence and greenery.

Located in Contrada Pellegrino, the establishment is set in a tranquil area immersed in nature, just 2 kilometers from the sea and a short distance from renowned tourist and beach destinations such as Punta Secca, Caucana, Casuzze, and Marina di Ragusa. The surrounding area offers a wide range of experiences, including sandy beaches, archaeological sites, seaside restaurants, and a beautiful marina.

Inside the bed and breakfast, there is a captivating museum dedicated to the Sicilian cart, a symbolic element of the island's identity. The owner, Tony, a deep connoisseur of this tradition, shares his extensive experience and a valuable collection of original pieces. In addition to having personally crafted several carts, Tony has amassed a large photographic and audiovisual archive and has completed a book dedicated to this folk art, awaiting publication. His passion is also evident in the live demonstrations he offers to guests, telling an ancient story through traditional gestures that risk being forgotten.

Il Carretto Ibleo features three rooms: two double rooms and one triple room, all with private bathrooms, shower cabins, hairdryers, independent air conditioning, and LCD TVs. The kitchen is available upon request for special needs. Guests can also enjoy private parking, bicycles, beach umbrellas, and a refrigerator. Guided tours of the baroque towns of Modica and Ragusa, boat excursions, and recommendations for cultural events and itineraries in the area can be organized upon request.

Tony and Mariuccia, attentive and welcoming hosts, greet their guests with warmth and passion, making every stay an authentic experience that intertwines memory, culture, and Sicilian beauty.
