Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 29 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 28 to 27 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 35% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 26 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 40% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Ho passato 4 bellissimi giorni a Marettimo, anche grazie ai gestori de La Pergola. La signora Franca e la figlia sono state molto simpatiche e accoglienti; la camera con bagno privato, tv, minifrigo e pale al soffitto era confortevole, pulita e silenziosa. Non è mancato proprio nulla. Grazie! spero di tornare presto.

La camera è pulita e i servizi igienici buoni, non è certo fronte mare, ma molto comoda al ristorante chic del paese; La signora è gentilissima e sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi problema o consiglio. La nostra camera era fronte strada pertanto leggermente rumorosa. Unica piccola pecca la colazione che si deve andare a fare al bar in piazzetta e che consiste in cappuccino e cornetto. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati molto bene e il prezzo per il periodo è più che buono.
