Namastè Apartments was born from the desire to provide an authentic welcome, inspired by the values of humility, gratitude, and respect that define the Sicilian people. Here, every guest finds a peaceful retreat, away from the hectic pace of everyday life, yet close to the golden beaches of San Leone and the sites that tell the millennia-old story of the city. The family-run management and relaxed atmosphere create a warm and inviting stay, just like being at home.

The recently renovated property is located in a quiet residential area of Agrigento, ideally situated for reaching the Valley of the Temples, the Pietro Griffo Museum, the Hellenistic district, and the enchanting Kolymbethra Garden. Just a few minutes away are the beaches of San Leone and the commercial area of Villaggio Mosè. Free internal parking is available, and upon request, electric scooters can be rented through the Bike Boom app, with a discount for guests. On the ground floor, there is the Namastè wellness and beauty center, where treatments dedicated to relaxation and body care can be booked.

The location allows visitors to explore the charm of the city, from the remnants of ancient Greek architecture in the Valley of the Temples to the precious artifacts in the Griffo Museum, as well as the historic streets and churches in the center. The narrow alleys of the ancient casbah tell the story of its Arab origins, while from the hill of the Cathedral, one can enjoy a panoramic view of Agrigento and the sea. Nearby, there are also natural wonders like the Scala dei Turchi, Punta Bianca, and the Torre Salsa reserve.

Antonino and his family, natives of Agrigento and deeply connected to their land, welcome travelers with the intention of sharing the beauty and authenticity of this place. Each apartment is designed to provide comfort and tranquility, allowing guests to enjoy a relaxing experience and explore the territory that Pindar referred to as “the most beautiful city of mortals.”

Hey, I'm Antonino

Antonino, originally from Agrigento, welcomes guests with his family, eager to share the authenticity and beauty of his homeland. Attentive and accommodating, he focuses on ensuring a comfortable and peaceful stay, providing helpful tips for exploring Agrigento, the beaches of San Leone, and the historic sites that make this destination special.

Area Collina

Agrigento is a destination abundant in history, culture, and breathtaking natural landscapes that enchant every visitor. The vibrant heart of the city is the Valley of the Temples, a UNESCO World Heritage site, where grand Doric temples rise amidst almond and olive trees, providing a unique journey into ancient Greece. The Sacred Way leads through the Temple of Concordia, the Temple of Juno, the Temple of Hercules, and other archaeological remains that reflect the splendor of the Greek colony of Akragas.

In addition to the Valley, the Pietro Griffo Archaeological Museum houses invaluable artifacts that narrate centuries of civilization. The Hellenistic quarter and the Kolymbethra Garden allow visitors to immerse themselves in the daily life of antiquity among excavations and shaded paths lined with citrus groves.

The historic center of Agrigento, featuring the lively Via Atenea, is a series of churches, historic buildings, and squares that lead up to the hill of the Cathedral, from which a panoramic view of the sea can be enjoyed. The narrow alleys of the ancient casbah reveal traces of Arab and Norman influences, making the urban landscape truly unique.

The coastline of San Leone, just minutes from the city, boasts expansive golden beaches and a lively promenade filled with bars and seafood restaurants. Nearby, the Scala dei Turchi captivates with its stunning white cliffs towering over the sea, while Punta Bianca and the Torre Salsa nature reserve invite exploration of unspoiled coastal stretches and crystal-clear waters.

The region is also renowned for its gastronomy: dishes featuring fresh fish, pasta with sardines, fish couscous, and desserts like cassata and cannoli reflect the multicultural essence of Sicilian cuisine. From local markets to seaside trattorias, every culinary experience becomes an integral part of the journey.

Thus, Agrigento and its surroundings combine the legacy of ancient Magna Graecia, Arab-Norman art, and the beauty of the Mediterranean, offering a unique blend of culture, sea, and traditions that continues to captivate travelers from around the globe.
