Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 5 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 4 to 3 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 2 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 45% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-in from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM
Check-out before 10:30 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.00 per person per night is applicable
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €15.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €15.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €25.00

Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of small size
- Pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times
- Pets stay free of charge

Guests are kindly requested to read carefully the rules of the property, provided by the property and present in each apartment,
in order to make the most relaxing and serene possible the stay of all guests and tenants of the structure.The structure observes a quiet time from 00:00 to 8:30 and from 14:00 to 16:30, is not allowed to organize parties, and strictly no smoking inside the apartments you can do it in the balconies equipped with ashtrays
