Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility: - Dogs, cats of medium-small size by prior agreement with the host - Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility - Garden - A daily cost of 15 € is due per pet with a one-time additional cost of 70 € for final cleaning
Other notes
The regular Check-In time is possible from 15:00 to 21:00. Please tell us your arrival time. In the event that it is after the indicated time, the reception will send you all the necessary information, to retrieve the keys inside the security boxes and carry out the night self check-in, to your telephone number on Whatsapp. We ask you to send us a reference telephone number.

Molto accogliente e pulita, ci siamo trovati molto bene peccato la posizione un po’ ambigua, una volta data la posizione dal gestore tutto perfetto!

Consigliatissimo. Ho soggiornato con la famiglia nell ampio appartamento composto da 3 stanze da letto, cucina con tutto l occorrente e frigo con freezer grande, veranda coperta con tavolo per mangiare fuori e stendino. Abbiamo sfruttato tantissimo la piscina, grande, riparata, sempre esposta al sole. Tutta la struttura è ben pulita. Alla reception i complimenti a Cristina, professionale e gentile con i clienti. Il mare che si raggiunge direttamente dalla struttura è per il kitesurf e non la balneazione, ma uno spettacolo per gli occhi. Ci torneremo
