You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of medium-small size for short periods by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times, pets are not allowed in communal spaces

Bellissima struttura, camere molto confortevoli, gestore molto gentile e disponibile. Molto consigliato a chi cerca un posto tranquillo in città (bel parco di fronte all’ingresso della Villa). Non consiglio di cenare nella famosa Braceria (nella stessa struttura) perché è un posto sovraffollato e sono molto scortesi.

Stupenda location di fascino e storica. Estremamente gentili e premurosi gli addetti. Bella la suite con mobili di antiquariato. La colazione, poi, era estremamente abbondante e relativa alla cucina locale.

Ottima struttura in un contesto meraviglioso in una villa storica posizionata in un punto strategico, lontano dai rumori caotici di Palermo. Poi le ragazze sono meravigliose per la loro disponibilità nel farvi conoscere il territorio.

Struttura molto bella, ricavata da un antico baglio, posto tranquillissimo, posizione strategica tra Palermo città e spiaggia di Mondello. Inoltre adiacente ad un bellissima "Braciera" dove siamo andati tutte le sere a cena. Posto raccomandabilissimo.

Da diversi anni frequentiamo Villa Lampedusa, e riconfermiamo puntualmente la bellezza del posto, il silenzio assoluto, la pulizia; ma il segreto del successo di Villa Lampedusa si chiama "Annie"! La signora Annie é una persona veramente speciale che accoglie instancabilmente gli ospiti con un bellissimo sorriso e tanta gentilezza accompagnata da grande professionalità! Sergio e Laura Arcara.

Camera ampia e pulitissima, peccato la scarsa gestione. L'orario della colazione (finisce alle 09:30) quindi direi che non è un posto per vacanzieri se uno pensa di riposare un pò, specialmente di Domenica!

What a delightful and charming place to stay! I flew to Palermo to attend an event at the Teatro della Verdura, which is just 10 mins walk away. It is also very convenient for the beautiful beaches at Mondello. The room was huge, beds very comfortable, linen excellent and the bathroom was marble the result of a new renovation on the property. The shower was the best I've had in Sicily. Peace and quiet after noisy Palermo, so quiet you could hear the birds singing, but close enough to surrounding cafes and restaurants. I only wish I had spent more time there relaxing. Pucci the Director speaks perfect English, was also a perfect host, even offering to take me to the beach. Highly recommended.
