Located less than a kilometer from Piazza Armerina, the villa is nestled in a 50,000 square meter park, featuring pine forests, oak trees, olive groves, and fruit trees, alongside centuries-old boxwood pathways that enhance the scenic beauty.

The property offers 13 rooms, including two designed for guests with disabilities, as well as two suites that blend modern comfort with elegant and understated decor. All accommodations are air-conditioned and equipped with private bathrooms. Common areas include cozy lounges, a room with a fireplace, a library, and a space dedicated to music and television.
