Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM

Fresh sheets every 7 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €15.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €20.00
Rooms are cleaned every 2 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Meal preparation allowed in rooms

Die Betreiber sind außerordentlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Leute. Das Haus ist schwer zu finden, da an einer ewig langen, engen Straße, aber es lohnt sich, da schön ruhig. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig.

Il posto è tranquillo. Gli ambienti sono spaziosi e luminosità. La colazione è ottima e abbondante, almeno per i nostri gusti, lo consigliamo!

Siamo stati lì per la fine e l'inizio anno. Abbiamo preso in affitto i due appartamenti dato che eravamo in 4. L'accoglienza molto cordiale, anche per la flessibilità del check-in, dei padroni di casa insieme alla struttura molto ben fatta hanno reso subito piacevole il nostro arrivo. Dobbiamo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene sia per il trattamento avuto che per la posizione vicina al centro ma allo stesso tempo fuori dal caos della città. Ringraziamo ancora.
