Breakfast, served in a self-service style, offers a wide selection of hot beverages, juices, fruit, pastries, fresh bread, jams, and local specialties, with gluten-free options available upon request. Nearby, there are hiking trails that start directly from the property, such as the one leading to the top of Marzola, and numerous opportunities for sports, including climbing at the Sanbàpolis gym, swimming, cycling, and skiing in the winter.

The location allows for easy access to cultural attractions such as the MUSE in Trento, the MART in Rovereto, the Trentino valleys, and the Dolomites. The B&B is suitable for families, couples, and travelers looking for a relaxing stay or a convenient base to explore the area. Pets are welcome, and the host, Stefano, is happy to welcome and assist guests in Italian, English, and Spanish.

Area Collina

The B&B Marzola is located in the hilly eastern area of Trento, surrounded by greenery and on the outskirts of the City Forest, a natural area that offers scenic trails and beautiful views. From this spot, you can embark on walking or cycling routes, including one that leads to the summit of Marzola, a mountain approximately 1800 meters high that overlooks the Adige Valley and provides spectacular views of the Dolomites and Monte Bondone.

In just a few minutes by car, you can reach the historic center of Trento, featuring elegant squares, the Buonconsiglio Castle, the Cathedral, and lively streets filled with cafes and shops. Culture enthusiasts can visit the MUSE, a natural sciences museum designed by Renzo Piano, and the nearby MART in Rovereto, which is dedicated to modern and contemporary art. The area also offers plenty of opportunities for sports and wellness: within a short distance, there are swimming pools, gyms, sports fields, and the modern indoor climbing facility Sanbàpolis.

During the winter season, the ski resorts of Monte Bondone and other Trentino locations are easily accessible, featuring slopes for alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing trails. In the warmer months, the region's alpine lakes—such as Lake Caldonazzo, Lake Levico, and the picturesque Lake Toblino—invite visitors to swim, hike, or simply relax by the water. Its strategic location, close to the Trento Sud motorway exit, makes it easy to explore the surrounding valleys, historic villages, and castles that dot the Trentino landscape.
