Ca' Rota House

Ca’ Rota House is the outcome of a project by Ezio and Marco, who, along with their families, have transformed the family home into a welcoming space where tradition, comfort, and sustainability coexist in perfect harmony. Located in the medieval village of Pranzo, within the municipality of Tenno, this residence has been carefully renovated to preserve the building's authentic spirit while enhancing natural materials and furnishings that tell stories from the past.

The spaces are designed to provide a wellness-focused stay, featuring bright areas, modern comforts, and a warm, familial atmosphere. Each apartment is thoughtfully decorated and equipped with Siemens appliances, comfortable mattresses, smart TVs, free Wi-Fi, and numeric code access for easy and independent management. An elevator is available for convenient access to all floors.

Guests also have access to a secure bike storage area with a workshop, perfect for those wishing to explore the region on two wheels. The entire establishment is designed with eco-sustainability in mind, utilizing low-impact materials and energy-efficient solutions that harmonize with the natural beauty of Trentino.

Pranzo, with its stone houses, narrow alleys, and wooden sculptures depicting traditional crafts, is truly an open-air museum. Situated at about 500 meters above sea level, the village is surrounded by ancient chestnut groves and serves as an ideal starting point for nature walks, mountain biking, and e-bike excursions along the Anello Garda Trek.
