Ca’ Rota House is located in Pranzo, a small mountain village within the municipality of Tenno in Trentino, situated at an elevation of approximately 500 meters. Established around the 11th century, it has preserved its medieval charm, featuring narrow alleyways, stone houses, and porticoes that offer picturesque views and a nostalgic atmosphere.
In recent years, Pranzo has transformed into an open-air museum thanks to the initiative “Pranzo, a village and its trades.” The facades of the houses are adorned with wooden sculptures that narrate the history of the village through its ancient local crafts. Strolling through its streets feels like embarking on a journey through the collective memory of this community.
The area is perfect for nature enthusiasts, hikers, and cyclists, due to its proximity to trails such as the Anello Garda Trek. Within a short distance are some of the most captivating destinations in Trentino: Lake Tenno (2.5 km), Canale di Tenno (4 km), Riva del Garda (8 km), the Varone Waterfall Park (7.5 km), the Fiavè Pile-Dwelling Museum (9 km), Lake Ledro (16 km), the village of Rango (16 km), and further up, Madonna di Campiglio (57 km).
It is a setting rich in nature, culture, and tradition, making every stay an opportunity to rejuvenate and explore the wonders of the Trentino region.
