As nature and mountain enthusiasts, we have been residents of the beautiful Val di Non for generations. In our free time, we enjoy exploring the wonders of Trentino Alto Adige, taking in the breathtaking views it provides. We take pleasure in savoring traditional local dishes, trying to learn the culinary secrets to recreate in our own recipes.
