You may cancel your booking up to 15 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Sono arrivato il 10/08/2018 marito moglie e figlio di 12 anni, partito 14/08/2018. Ambiente curato, ottima colazione e ottime anche le cene (avendo richiesto la mezza pensione) con piatti tipici del luogo la mezza pensione non è a la carta quindi ogni sera avevamo dei piatti nuovi, ottimi. Abbiamo visitato le città più importanti (vi raccomando il Museo MUSE a Trento) e se potete le Terme di Merano, un'area enorme. Abbiamo fatto amicizia anche all'interno della struttura perché se vuoi o non vuoi la clientela diventa selezionata ed alcuni clienti è da 7 anni che vanno nello stesso luogo girando e visitando quello che non avevi fatto la volta precedente. Aria sana, indicato a chi ama un po' di relax, passeggiate, percorsi più facili ma anche molto più impegnati, chiedete al gestore che vi farà da Cicerone nel dove andare a visitare. Unica se vogliamo scocciatura era il campanile che se dormivi a finestre chiuse poteva essere un contorno se no ti svegliavi verso le 07-00/07-30, così non ti 'mangiavi' la giornata a dormire.

Posto bellissimo! Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Cortesia e disponibilità della famiglia che lo gestisce. Silenzioso e tranquillo. Lunghe passeggiate nei bellissimi dintorni e vicinanza ai vari laghi della zona. Sicuramente per chi cerca pace e natura è l'ideale.
