We booked the accommodation a few hours before arrival and received a reservation confirmation. Upon timely arrival in the early evening, however, the room had already been assigned to other guests. Another room was not available. The hostess did try to accommodate us at another B&B.

Very quiet, surrounded by apple trees. Absolutely clean and cozy. We were passing through and stayed overnight only once, heavenly quiet. Mrs. Carin very friendly and accommodating. We often go to Southern Italy and will definitely stay there more often. We even had our two dogs with us and there is also space for the car. See you soon!

I spent a pleasant night in a wonderfully quiet environment. The room was fine for our family and everything was clean and tidy. Breakfast not included.

Quiet place among vineyards and apple orchards. The owner is very kind. Too bad there is no breakfast, only the classic kettle in the room with tea and coffee sachets. There is no bidet in the bathroom. Mostly it's just a "bed" No breakfast... Overall good.

Location immersed in the tranquility of the countryside, but still convenient to reach the center of Bolzano. The rooms, furnished in a simple and functional way, have all the necessary comforts. It's a shame breakfast is not provided. Otherwise everything is perfect, from the kindness of the landlady to the cleanliness of the premises.

Hello, we were 4 people from Bergamo in 2 double rooms. Beautiful, new, excellent cleanliness. Great location surrounded by greenery. The kindness of Mrs. Karin and her husband, exquisite and down-to-earth hosts, made us feel at home. Prices affordable. What can I say, we will definitely come back. Highly recommended.

Mrs. Carin was very kind and helpful. The four rooms were all occupied by my family and we had a great time. The rooms were completely renovated, set amidst apple trees and therefore absolutely quiet and peaceful in the evening. It's a shame there is no breakfast, otherwise it would have been a perfect place. In any case, very convenient for traveling by car. Small suggestion: add hooks for towels in the bathrooms. If we come back to the area with a bit more time to explore, we will definitely take advantage of the same place! Thank you, Carin.

New and beautiful structure, in a quiet location but at the same time easy enough to reach. The room where we stayed was well-kept and quite spacious. In conclusion, a positive evaluation, the only "missing" thing was that I could not pay everything electronically but only in cash, but as far as the stay is concerned, I would say everything is ok!

Ottima struttura, comoda alla Fiera di Bolzano, che ci interessava visitare. La villa é circondata dai famosi meleti del Trentino Alto Adige, che la rende un'ubicazione molto caratteristica. Gentilissima la proprietaria che ci ha fatto trovare un bel cestino di mele in camera al nostro rientro.

La villa è immersa tra i meli a sud di Bolzano, vicino all'aeroporto militare, in zona industriale. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in macchina o in bicicletta; la campagna circostante è molto tranquilla nonostante la presenza dell'aeroporto. I gestori sono di una cordialità veramente squisita e la villa, così come le camere, sono elegantemente arredate. Il giardino è ordinatissimo. I bambini sono stati accolti con entusiasmo. Ci siamo veramente rilassati.

Nel complesso molto carina e accogliente, consente un buon margine di indipendenza la cliente. Anche se la colazione non è prevista comunque in stanza c'è un bollitore con tazze, cucchiaini, infusi di tè e caffè.
