We booked the accommodation a few hours before arrival and received a reservation confirmation. Upon timely arrival in the early evening, however, the room had already been assigned to other guests. Another room was not available. The hostess did try to accommodate us at another B&B.

Very quiet, surrounded by apple trees. Absolutely clean and cozy. We were passing through and stayed overnight only once, heavenly quiet. Mrs. Carin very friendly and accommodating. We often go to Southern Italy and will definitely stay there more often. We even had our two dogs with us and there is also space for the car. See you soon!

Recommended structure! The rooms are spacious and clean, the lady is very helpful. If we need we will definitely come back.

Posto tranquillo fra vigneti e meleti la proprietaria è molto gentile. Peccato che non c'è la colazione ma solo il classico bollitore in camera con bustine di tè e caffè. Non c'è il bidet in bagno. Più che altro è solo un "bed" No breakfast... Nel complesso buono

Location immersa nella tranquillità della campagna, ma comoda comunque per raggiungere il centro di Bolzano. Le stanze, arredate in maniera semplice e funzionale, hanno tutti i confort necessari. Peccato non sia prevista la colazione. Per il resto tutto perfetto, dalla gentilezza della padrona di casa, alla pulizia dei locali.

Salve, eravamo 4 bergamaschi in 2 matrimoniali. Bellissime, nuove, pulizia eccellente. Ottima posizione immersa nel verde. La gentilezza della signora Karin e del marito poi padroni di casa squisiti e alla mano ci hanno fatti sentire a casa. Prezzi alla portata. Che dire ritorneremo di sicuro. Consigliatissimo.

Un affittacamere semplice, pulito e funzionale immerso nei meleti a 15 minuti dal centro di Bolzano. Parcheggio comodissimo nella struttura. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

La signora Carin, è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Le quattro camere sono state tutte occupate dalla mia famiglia e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Le stanze erano completamente ristrutturate poste in mezzo a piante di mele e quindi assolutamente tranquille e silenziose di sera. Peccato non esserci la colazione, perché altrimenti sarebbe stato un posto perfetto. In ogni caso comodissimo per gli spostamenti con la macchina. Piccolo suggerimento: inserire dei ganci per gli asciugamani nei bagni. Se torneremo in zona con un po' di tempo in più per girare, sicuramente approfitteremo dello stesso posto! Grazie Carin.

Struttura nuova e bella, in posizione tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo abbastanza facile da raggiungere. La stanza dove abbiamo soggiornato era curata e abbastanza spaziosa. In conclusione una valutazione positiva, unica "mancanza" non mi è stato possibile saldare il tutto in maniera elettronica ma solamente in contanti, ma per quanto riguarda il soggiorno direi tutto ok!

Ottima struttura, comoda alla Fiera di Bolzano, che ci interessava visitare. La villa é circondata dai famosi meleti del Trentino Alto Adige, che la rende un'ubicazione molto caratteristica. Gentilissima la proprietaria che ci ha fatto trovare un bel cestino di mele in camera al nostro rientro.

La villa è immersa tra i meli a sud di Bolzano, vicino all'aeroporto militare, in zona industriale. Il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in macchina o in bicicletta; la campagna circostante è molto tranquilla nonostante la presenza dell'aeroporto. I gestori sono di una cordialità veramente squisita e la villa, così come le camere, sono elegantemente arredate. Il giardino è ordinatissimo. I bambini sono stati accolti con entusiasmo. Ci siamo veramente rilassati.

Nel complesso molto carina e accogliente, consente un buon margine di indipendenza la cliente. Anche se la colazione non è prevista comunque in stanza c'è un bollitore con tazze, cucchiaini, infusi di tè e caffè.
