Originally from the province of Milan, we made the decision in 2002 to move to the beautiful Tuscan countryside. My husband Lorenzo, a passionate botanist, wanted a piece of land, while I dreamed of opening a B&B to practice the languages I had studied. Thus, we purchased a portion of an ancient farmhouse along with a hectare of land featuring vineyards, olive trees, and fruit trees, where Lorenzo created a lovely garden, bringing our dream to life.

We love hosting guests and recommending charming villages and towns to explore, as well as wineries, pasta and cheese producers, traditional restaurants, and various local festivals. If you are looking for the tranquility of the countryside, we welcome you with open arms!
Rooms and Rates
Breakfast is one of our standout features: you can enjoy fresh fruit juices, a variety of cereals, creamy yogurt, delicious pastries, and homemade cakes. There will also be freshly baked bread, artisanal jams made from our organic fruit, along with a selection of coffee, tea, and milk.

Typically, breakfast is served on a large table beneath the stunning vaulted ceilings, creating the perfect atmosphere for chatting with us and other guests from all around the world. It will be a wonderful opportunity to exchange tips on must-see places, the best restaurants, festivals, and Tuscan traditions. During this time, to adhere to social distancing measures, breakfast can also be enjoyed in the garden or directly in your room.

Hey, I'm Annalisa

I, Lizzy, teach English and French and I love talking with my guests ! I am very fond of art, history and Italian culture. Lorenzo, my husband, is a botanist: he takes care of our olives trees, vineyard and garden (he is also a tennis coach). We both love the countryside and the beautiful Tuscan landscape. That is why some years ago we left our home town near Milan in the north of Italy to move to this wonderful spot of Tuscany. Come and see us: we enjoy our guests’ company very much!

Area Collina

The Peccioli Factory is located just a 30-minute drive from San Gimignano and Volterra, at the crossroads of the provinces of Pisa, Florence, and Siena, in a lesser-known corner of Tuscany: the Alta Valdera.

This charming area provides visitors with some of the most iconic landscapes of Tuscany, the ones that everyone envisions: gentle hills, vineyards, olive groves, cypress-lined roads, and captivating medieval villages. It is a little-known region, which lends it an authentic feel, continually producing gourmet delights: high-quality wines and rich, aromatic olive oil, ideal for enhancing the finest dishes of Italian culinary tradition.

Main attractions:

- Just 5 minutes from Lajatico, the hometown of Andrea Bocelli, and the Teatro del Silenzio.
- 10 minutes from Peccioli and the Prehistoric Park.
- 30 minutes from Volterra, San Gimignano, San Miniato, and the Casciana Thermal Baths.
- Less than an hour from the coast, as well as from Pisa, Lucca, Monteriggioni, Certaldo, and Florence.
- 1 hour and 30 minutes from Siena.
