Nestled in the greenery of a wildlife reserve, this agriturismo is located in the heart of Tuscany, surrounded by gentle hills and pristine nature where pheasants, hares, wild boars, and deer roam freely. The property sits atop a hill in a peaceful and panoramic position, providing a privileged view of Volterra, one of Italy's most enchanting art cities, known for its rich Etruscan heritage.

The estate spans 155 hectares, comprising olive groves, cultivated fields, and woodlands. Within it, a recently restored farmhouse from the late 19th century houses four cozy and well-equipped apartments.

The Federico apartment, located on the first floor, features two triple bedrooms, one double bedroom, two bathrooms—one with a washing machine—an expansive living room with satellite TV, a sofa bed, and a kitchen-dining area with a fireplace. Outside, a private space with a table and chairs allows guests to enjoy the serene landscape.

On the ground floor, you will find the Roberto, Granaio, and Cipresso apartments. Roberto includes two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen-living area with satellite TV, a fireplace, a sofa bed, and a storage area with a washing machine. The Granaio offers three double bedrooms, three bathrooms—one accessible for individuals with disabilities—a spacious kitchen, a living room with a dishwasher, a sofa bed, satellite TV, and a storage area with a washing machine. Cipresso has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms—one with a washing machine—a kitchen-living area with a dishwasher, satellite TV, and a storage area with a washing machine. Each apartment comes with a private outdoor area equipped with a table and chairs.

Additionally, there is a stunning swimming pool (12x6x1.40 meters) set amidst the greenery, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views of Volterra and the surrounding hills.

The estate produces oil, fruits, and vegetables using traditional and natural methods, offering guests the chance to rediscover the authentic flavors of the Tuscan countryside.
