Agriturismo Fanny

Agriturismo Fanny is located in the charming village of Casoli Val di Lima, nestled in the pristine landscape of the Tuscan mountains, surrounded by vineyards, chestnut groves, and ancient medieval towns. Just 35 km from Lucca and a short drive from Bagni di Lucca, a well-known spa destination, it provides a relaxing and authentic atmosphere, perfect for those seeking tranquility and a connection with nature.

The main building is a medieval farmhouse, restored in accordance with Tuscan tradition, featuring exposed beams, wrought iron, and rustic furniture, while still offering modern comforts such as a TV, independent heating, and a microwave. The agriturismo accommodates up to 5 guests and is situated within a working farm that includes vegetable gardens, chestnut trees, and fruit trees.

Additionally, there are three tourist accommodations available in the village of Casoli, each with its own unique character:
• La Casina di Fanny (3 guests): cozy and recently renovated, includes a kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. It has an outdoor space with a terrace, table, chairs, and a relaxation area.

• Il Metato di Fanny (4 guests + a crib): converted from an old chestnut drying house, it features a double bedroom with a baby crib, a kitchen-living room with a double sofa bed, a TV, a wood-burning stove, and a bathroom with a shower. There is an equipped outdoor terrace.

• La Casa di Fanny (5 guests): consists of a kitchen-living room with a fireplace, two double bedrooms (one with an additional single bed), a bathroom with a bathtub, and an eco-friendly heating system with a stove and wood-burning fireplace. It also has an outdoor terrace with panoramic views.

The three accommodations, located in the heart of the village, offer spectacular mountain views and provide a perfect balance between relaxation and proximity to major Tuscan cities such as Lucca, Florence, and Pisa. It’s an oasis of peace where one can experience the authentic beauty of Tuscany.
