Nestled on the hills surrounding the ancient village of Pancole, just 5 km from San Gimignano, the Vagnoni Brothers' estate welcomes its guests in an authentic rural setting, where hospitality blends seamlessly with agricultural work and a love for the land. Established in 1955, it is now a certified organic farm covering 42 hectares of vineyards, olive groves, fruit orchards, vegetable gardens, arable land, and woodlands.

The facility offers double and triple rooms with private bathrooms, as well as apartments that can accommodate up to six people, complete with fully equipped kitchens. One apartment is also accessible for individuals with disabilities. The outdoor spaces feature a swimming pool with a sun deck surrounded by olive trees and a play area specifically for children.

At the heart of the estate are the modern wineries, which include areas for drying grapes and a stunning barrel cellar carved into tuff stone. Here, wines such as Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Chianti Colli Senesi, Rosato Doc, San Gimignano Rosso, and the fine Vinsanto Occhio di Pernice are produced, along with cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil. Guests can taste these products in the spacious indoor tasting room, designed for moments of conviviality and exploration.

Visitors can wander the surrounding trails, participate in seasonal agricultural activities like grape harvesting or olive picking, and pick fruit directly from the trees. Nearby, there are riding stables, thermal baths, and shops, while some of Tuscany's most beautiful art cities like Volterra, Siena, Florence, Pisa, Lucca, and Pienza are easily accessible.

Each morning, upon request, guests can enjoy a buffet breakfast served in a designated room or outdoors in the expansive garden. The buffet includes hot beverages, juices, yogurt, homemade pastries, croissants, muffins, bread, jams, cold cuts, cheeses, and the estate's own olive oil. The cost is 7 euros per person, with free breakfast for children under 3 years old.
