Every morning, the agriturismo La Bruciata welcomes you with a wholesome and delightful breakfast, lovingly prepared by Laura and Marisa. You'll start your day with homemade cakes, such as apple pie, bundt cake, or tarts featuring our jams, all made fresh each morning. There will also be fragrant focaccia, both with rosemary and stracchino cheese, along with a selection of local cured meats and cheeses, including the famous pecorino from Pienza.

We also offer homemade yogurt made with Tuscan milk and seasonal fruits like apricots, apples, grapes, and cherries, depending on the time of year. Our carefully prepared canned fruit will enhance the yogurt for a healthy and nourishing breakfast. Furthermore, we make natural jams, free of additives, crafted from the ripe fruit we harvest from our orchards, as well as fresh fruit juices, stored in glass jars to provide you with authentic taste even out of season.

Toasted Tuscan bread, served with butter, jam, or our extra virgin olive oil, is another treat waiting for you. Fresh omelets made with our farm's eggs and pizza topped with sweet tomatoes and quality mozzarella will also be available. Each morning brings a different surprise, designed to make you feel truly at home.

Our hope is to occupy a small corner of your heart! We are Laura, Marisa, Ada, and Elisa, four women from four different generations who welcome you with the warmth and authenticity characteristic of a Tuscan family. La Bruciata is our home, and we would be delighted to share our passion for this land with you. Ada, our sweet great-grandmother, continues to work in our large garden and takes care of the animals that help provide the best ingredients for our traditional cooking. Marisa, the grandmother, is an exceptional cook who loves to delight us with dishes that tell the story of our family, prepared with the fresh produce that nature gifts us every day. I am Laura, and it is my pleasure to speak three languages to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I enjoy entertaining you during breakfast or dinner with stories about our traditions and providing recommendations for local restaurants and itineraries, often unknown to tourists but shared by those who live here. Elisa, the youngest in the family, is our sweet curious one, always eager to engage with guests and learn from every culture. With her gentle spirit, Elisa will soon become a wonderful waitress!
