Description
The La Selva farmhouse is an ancient Tuscan farmhouse overlooking the Pian del Lago, once a great navigable lake for local businesses.

For more than twenty years, our company has joined the historic breeding of pure English blood horses to a family-run bed and breakfast activity, Elena and Francesco love animals and greenery,
like the welcome and the friendliness.

Our accommodations range from rooms with private bathrooms, to real independent apartments with kitchen and private garden.

Our round pool is perfect for cooling off and sunbathing while the children are playing ping pong
or in the swing.

In the morning you can enjoy excellent coffee, cakes and homemade bread, jams and a wide selection of savory foods.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM

Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €15.00
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €20.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Das Frühstück war einfach, ausreichend und lecker. Das riesige Grundsück mit freilaufenden Pferden, sitzmöglichkeiten um die Aussicht zu genießen und der große Swimmingpool bietet genug Relaxmöglichkeiten. Allein schon die Schotterauffahrt in der Zyppressenallee is wunderschön. Die schöne Altstadt von Siena ist nur 4 km entfernt. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Se si cerca del relax questo è il posto giusto, abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti passando un weekend in totale relax, posto bellissimo e personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Un vero e proprio paradiso terrestre a soli 5 km dal centro di Siena. Consigliatissimo sia per una vacanza di puro relax sia come punto di partenza per visitare la Toscana e l'Umbria.

Una delle vacanze più rilassanti che abbiamo fatto. La Selva non solo è in un'ottima posizione, a pochi minuti dal centro di Siena e allo stesso tempo immersa nel verde delle colline, ma è anche un'oasi di quiete e natura. Per non parlare dell'atmosfera familiare in cui si viene accolti all'arrivo da Elena, che ti fa sentire a casa fin dal primo momento. Noi non vediamo l'ora di tornarci.
