Poggiacolle farm-holidays is only 2 kms from San Gimignano. It extends over 2 hills which overlook San Gimignano ancient medieval centre providing a truly magnificent panoramic view of the area.

The guest accomodation is a recently renovated eightteenth century farm-house.

We have double rooms with private bath and apartments for 2-4-6-10 persons.

Our guests can use the swimming pool, the mountain bikes, trekking-paths and a picnic area.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 20 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 19 to 10 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 80% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 9 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM
Municipal tax of €1.50 per person per night is applicable up to 5 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Breakfast was monotonous, the man in the kitchen only spoke Italian and was not very friendly, the room cleaning was not sufficient, the road to the property is disastrous.

Recomendamos este agriturismo: El entorno es ideal con un paisaje de postal entre viñas, olivos y a la vista las torres de San Gimignano. La piscina perfecta, así como el jardín. Las estacias: habitaciones, cocina, biblioteca, etx, bien cuidadas y limpias. El anfitrión, Stefano, amable, cálido, atento, hizo lo imposible para conseguir que nuestra estancia fuese única.

Un posto incredibile con una vista da sogno su San Gimignano e la campagna. La casa è una meraviglia, camera tutto bene, sala di bagno nello style toscano, con tutti i prodotti da bagno necessari. E la ciliegina sulla torta: la piscina è incredibile! Daniela era molto gentile, piena di buoni consigli, anche per solo una notte ci siamo sentite a casa. Raccomando molto l’agriturismo Poggiacolle.
