You may cancel your booking up to 10 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The agriturismo is in a great location to visit the Parco della Maremma and go to the Park beaches. We had a very good time, the apartment was very nice and well furnished, with an independent green space in front. The lady was very kind and gave us useful information for our stay.

Bella struttura in una campagna viva e attiva (vicino ad allevamento di chianina). L'alloggio dove abbiamo soggiornato (genitori e due figli adolescenti) era pulitissimo e attrezzatissimo (dai detersivi per bagno e cucina a lenzuola, asciugamani cambiati all'occorrenza, alle tovaglie e strofinacci, fino a sale, zucchero, caffè, tisane, the). La padrona di casa, la signora Paola, una splendida donna, di una cortesia e gentilezza che va oltre l'educazione doverosa di un ospite: accogliente, solare, disponibilissima e pronta a due chiacchiere amichevoli, senza invadenza. Sicuramente troveremo altre occasioni per tornare all'Agriturismo Timavo perché ci siamo sentiti "a casa".

Ospitalità eccezionale. Cortesia e disponibilità. Ti senti a casa. L'appartamento era pulitissimo e con ampio spazio esterno con prato e sdraio. Consiglio a tutti.

Posto immerso nella pianura coltivata, silenzioso e rilassante. L appartamento ha tutto ciò che serve, aria condizionata, doccia spaziosa, letto comodo e parcheggio privato. La proprietaria e la sua famiglia sono gentili e accoglienti, mi hanno fatto sentire a casa. Comoda la posizione, a tre minuti dal paese, da cui partono le attività nel Parco e si prendono i mezzi per il mare.

Tutto bene, nessun tipo di problema. Struttura accogliente, curata, pulitissima, comoda la posizione sia per le escursioni nel parco dell'Uccellina sia per le gite nell'entroterra, padrona di casa molto gentile e disponibile. Ci tornerei volentieri. Ottimo l'angolo cottura dotato di tutto il necessario per cucinare in piena autonomia.
