Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation - from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged; - from 30 to 20 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 40% of the total cost of the booking; - from 19 to 10 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 60% of the total cost of the booking; - from 9 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 90% of the total cost of the booking; - A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Found somewhat by chance the structure turned out to be a pleasant surprise. A beautiful villa immersed in a park with vineyards and fruit trees, consisting of 3 separate apartments, all very spacious. Despite being a group of 13 people we were comfortable. The rooms are tastefully furnished and the interiors are all in stone and brickwork. Each apartment has its own outdoor space with a gazebo and a table. There is also a space for the barbecue (there are two, one in stone and one mobile). The phone signal is poor, but all the apartments are equipped with WiFi. Nearby, a few km away, there are restaurants, pizzerias, and a well-stocked supermarket with exceptional Chianina beef. Some details could be improved, the TV for example is only present in one apartment and is of an old generation. Some rooms would need some touch-ups on the plaster, but in any case, we are really talking about details. I spend the last lines of the review for Stefano, the manager of the structure. He was very supportive throughout the stay, always ready to fulfill our requests with kindness and promptness.
The dwelling is wonderful, renovated respecting the historical construction, and with a beautiful small park. Excellent location for trips to the lake and villages. Very kind and helpful manager. The phone networks are down (all of them, missing repeaters in the entire area), luckily good wifi. Supermarkets a few kilometers away. Highly recommended.
