A' Loro B&B

Nestled in a valley traversed by the Ciuffenna stream, A' Loro B&B is an independent establishment created from a finely restored annex of an 19th-century farmhouse. With only one accommodation available, it is surrounded by tranquil and rejuvenating nature, ensuring guests enjoy an exclusive and private stay.

The double bedroom, bathroom with shower, and living room with a sofa bed are tastefully decorated and enhanced by oak parquet floors, artistic ceramics, and restored vintage furniture. Comfort is assured through modern features such as underfloor heating, soundproofing, window screens, and an energy class A certification, which guarantees an ideal climate even in summer without the need for air conditioning. The entrance is private, and guests have access to a reserved parking space and a private garden with a relaxation area shaded by an ancient laurel tree.

Every morning, a wholesome breakfast is served, prepared in-house by Barbara using local ingredients and produce from the garden. Cakes, tarts, and traditional specialties are placed in a communication area with private access to the suite, allowing guests to freely choose their breakfast times and settings, including outdoor options.

The location of the property offers a rare blend of complete tranquility and accessibility. Just 300 meters from the provincial road, A' Loro B&B is situated in a completely secluded area, surrounded by natural slopes and the river valley. Loro Ciuffenna is only 1.5 km away, Terranuova Bracciolini is 5 km distant, and the highway is just 7 km away, making it easy to reach major destinations in Central Italy, from Rome to Bologna, in a single day.

Outdoor activities such as trekking, mountain biking, fishing, and swimming in the stream are available nearby. The trails of Pratomagno, medieval villages, renowned wineries, and international fashion outlets complete the experience.

Barbara and Fulvio, along with their daughters Sofia and Sara, live in another wing of the house and provide attentive family hospitality while fully respecting guests' privacy. Their passions for cooking, art, and nature are reflected in every detail, making the stay authentic and warm.
