The Antica Pieve Bed and Breakfast is a typical Tuscan Villa, located in Tuscany on the hills of Chianti at half way between Florence and Siena on the famous "Cassia" ancient roman road in Tavarnelle Val di Pesa (Florence), in one of the most beautiful Chianti areas.

The Antica Pieve B&B is a strategic location from which it is possible to visit the most important historical towns of Tuscany: Florence, Siena, Badia a Passignano, Greve in Chianti, San Gimignano, Volterra, Castellina in Chianti, Certaldo, Radda in Chianti, Barberino Val d'Elsa

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 15 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 14 to 10 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 9 to 5 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 4 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 70% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.00 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €15.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 9:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €20.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

We loved our stay! Katya was such a delight from the moment she saw us to our room to when we checked out she took care of us. Breakfast and dinner were great every day! The pool area is wonderful! Lots of lawn space that is shaded in the afternoon as well!

Eine sehr gute Adresse um die Landschaft der Toskana und ihre Städte zu erkunden. Zentral gelegen. Zimmer, Garten, Pool und Stellplätze sind top gepflegt. Der Hausherr (Fillipo) und das restliche Team sind super hilfsbereit und geben Tipps. Das Frühstück ist sehr umfangsreich. In dem angeschlossenen Restaurant, geführt von Katja, kann man ausgezeichnet essen. Eine Adresse die ich auch an gute Freunde weiterempfehlen werde. ES liegt zwar direkt an der Strasse, die Fenster sind gut isoliert. Wir kommen bei dem nächsten Toskana-Urlaub wieder hier hin.

Ottima struttura, pulita e ben mantenuta. personale accogliente, colazione abbondante e materie prime sempre fresche, a 30 minuti da qualsiasi luogo di interesse (Firenze, Siena, San Gimignano ect). Dispone di Ristorante dove possibile effettuare servizio mezza pensione, è stato tutto perfetto, sia nel prezzo che nella qualità del cibo. Mi sono sentito a casa. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Siamo stati ospiti 3gg ad ottobre, bellissimo weekend, posizione strategica per visitare sia Firenze che Siena. Struttura bellissima, la signora CATIA del ristorante top, abbiamo mangiato benissimo. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo, li consiglio, sicuramente da ritornare.

ECCEZIONALE. Tutto meraviglioso: struttura confortevole e splendidamente ristrutturata, accogliente e pulita con piscina e ristorante. Struttura ospitale, disponibile per ogni informazione, molto organizzata ed attenta all'applicazione dei protocolli anti-covid come anche nella pulizia di tutti gli ambienti. A colazione dolci strepitosi 'fatti in casa'. Consiglio il ristorante anche per il suo menù tipico, piatti prelibati ed abbondanti. Cura nella preparazione della tavola, servizio impeccabile. Good. Ottima posizione, bellissima struttura, staff gentile e professionale. Pulizia impeccabile sia nella stanza sia nelle zone comuni. Colazione buonissima e abbondante. We had a great stay with excellent and professional management and personnels, we met Filippo and family, Katia and Chiara. The B&B is a modern mediterranean Antique style blended with cleanliness and very organize structure and surroundings. Every morning surprises everyone with abundant breakfast with your choice, the swimming pool area is just waiting steps ahead that you can enjoy under the sun. The bar and restaurant are open to serve you during the day and dinner with excellent foods. The B&B is also very strategically located for visiting chianti of Florence and Siena and experience the great panoramic view side by side, in less than an hour you can go shopping to the outlets. What else can we ask more ? Just relax, take it easy ?? !

Soggiorno ideale per chi desidera muoversi tra i colli toscani e godere della pace e tranquillità alla fine della giornata. La posizione è strategica, la zona piscina consente di stare in relax dopo una giornata intensa e la simpatia dei gestori rende ancora più piacevole la permanenza.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, il proprietario è una persona molto disponibile e ti fa sentire a casa. Anche la proprietaria del ristorante annesso è davvero disponibile, pronta a soddisfare ogni esigenza. Consiglio fortemente questo b&b, dove torneremo di certo in futuro. La struttura è molto bella, molto curata e anche gli spazi esterni sono ben tenuti. La piscina è un bonus nei caldi pomeriggi estivi.

Premetto che abbiamo trascorso cinque giorni fiabeschi in questa incantevole struttura e al momento della partenza siamo stati pervasi dalle stessa malinconia di quando lasci casa e sei pronto per partire. Filippo è un ottimo padrone di casa, preciso e simpatico, sempre pronto a dispensare buoni consigli sulle mete da visitare, tutto il personale è molto attento alle esigenze e votato all'ospitalità, colazione ottima, servita dalla Catia, una vera professionista del settore che meriterebbe un approfondimento tutto per lei. Le camere TRASPIRANO pulizia e senso di ordine, come in tutti gli ambienti, particolarmente bella ed attrezzata l'area esterna. Un grazie di cuore e spero vivamente di tornare ospite al più presto in questa bellissima struttura. Un grosso abbraccione dalla famiglia Rossi!

Tutto perfetto, sono stati 4 giorni da sogno! Il proprietario Filippo è una persona squisita sempre pronto a suggerire escursioni fornendo le cartine. Che dire poi della vulcanica Katia responsabile del Ristorante Borgo Antico all'interno della struttura...FAVOLOSA! Sicuramente torneremo molto ma molto molto presto...

Struttura molto ben curata sia negli interni che negli spazi esterni. I titolari mostrano estrema cortesia verso gli ospiti, pronti ad offrire spunti e suggerimenti per itinerari e visite in luoghi meno conosciuti ma meritevoli di attenzione. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli. Il parcheggio è comodo, la colazione è varia. La posizione è ai margini dell'abitato di tavarnelle, al lato dei campi sportivi. Torneremo sicuramente. Struttura da consigliare.
