You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

I had a divine experience! I booked at B&B Casa Podere San Firenze for a business trip. The location on top of the hill offers a splendid view over the city of Arezzo. For breakfast, I tasted the homemade jams and sweets, truly delicious. It was a pleasure to be a guest of Mrs. Gabriella. I will definitely come back if I happen to be in the area.

Quiet place outside the center, spectacular view of Arezzo. Kind and welcoming lady, very good at preparing desserts for breakfast. I highly recommend it.

B&B molto bello. La signora Gabriella, che ci ha accolti, è una persona molto disponibile e attenta ai suoi ospiti. La colazione è più che abbondante, con torte e marmellate fatte in casa. La posizione è ottima perché pur rimanendo in collina, si è a soli 10 minuti da Arezzo.

Ottima struttura situata in un bel posto collinare affacciata sulla splendida Arezzo da consigliare siamo stati lì per il Capodanno e la struttura offre un posto davvero confortevole. Per chi vuole riposare e sicuramente per chi vuole passare un fine settimana spensierato e soprattutto di relax ottime le colazioni con la marmellata fatto in casa dalla signora.

Casa Podere San Firenze is an old stone farmhouse, completely renovated, located in a typical Tuscan hill, immersed in the silence and greenery of olive trees and cypresses.
From the house you can enjoy a unique view of the city of Arezzo, whose center is 7/8 minutes. The house is surrounded by a garden and ample free parking. The rooms have a kitchen and a breakfast room available exclusively to guests.
From the house you can walk to the nearby wood (a few hundred meters), where you can make wonderful walks; in seven minutes by car, you reach the city of Arezzo, whose historic center is all to be visited on foot; if you have a few days, you can visit the four valleys around, one more beautiful than the other, both in terms of landscape and artistic (Casentino, Val Tiberina, Valdarno and Val di Chiana) and maybe in an hour to reach Florence, Siena, Perugia. . .)
