Nestled in the tranquil Tuscan countryside, just 5 km from the ancient medieval village of Cascina, the B&B Il Cantuccio serves as the perfect starting point for discovering the artistic, culinary, and natural wonders of the region. Its strategic location allows for easy access to Pisa and its international airport, Galileo Galilei, in just 15 minutes, while Lucca, Volterra, and San Gimignano can be reached in about half an hour. The Pisa coastline is a 20-minute drive away, and the famous Versilia coast can be reached in approximately 30 minutes.

The farmhouse, dating back to a time when it was used for agricultural activities, was renovated in 2011 while preserving its original structure. The interiors retain the charm of traditional Tuscany, featuring oak and chestnut beam ceilings, exposed stone walls, and restored arches. The spacious ground-floor living room, bright and overlooking the old courtyard, welcomes guests for a hearty and wholesome breakfast. The large garden, filled with typical trees, offers equipped areas with a barbecue, gazebo, and play equipment for children, while private parking ensures convenience and security.

The rooms, located on the upper floor, blend elegance and comfort. The Botte and Bigoncia rooms, both doubles with private bathrooms, can accommodate up to four people thanks to a bunk bed. The Damigiana room, overlooking the inner courtyard, features a double bed and shares a bathroom with the Fiaschetta, a charming single room with a sofa bed, enhanced by a beautifully restored antique fireplace.
