We are Paolo and Patrizia, and together with our children, we have chosen to open our home to those who wish to experience an authentic stay characterized by simplicity, nature, and genuine relationships. Our residence is located about fifteen minutes from Arezzo, at the beginning of the Casentino region, in a setting dominated by an ancient forest that has always exuded peace and tranquility. Here, nature accompanies every moment of your stay and encourages a slower pace of life.

The B&B features three rooms with a total of nine beds: two double rooms and a family suite consisting of two separate areas. All accommodations come equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, and mosquito nets, designed to ensure comfort, privacy, and serenity. Common areas include a lounge dedicated to breakfast, where guests can enjoy a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and dispensers for still and sparkling water, so they can feel free and comfortable throughout the day.

Our vision of hospitality stems from a desire to meet new people and share, even if just for a brief moment, small snippets of life. To us, hosting means opening the door of our home and traveling without luggage, creating a bond built on listening, respect, and natural conviviality. Like two different shrubs, each with its own fragrance, that together create a unique essence, we embrace this family adventure.

Breakfast is thoughtfully prepared, offering simple and authentic flavors inspired by homemade traditions. In the morning, guests can start their day with homemade products, artisanal sweets, and local specialties, accompanied by coffee, tea, or cappuccino, to be enjoyed leisurely in the dedicated lounge or outdoors on beautiful days, surrounded by greenery. This moment is designed for a relaxed awakening, amidst the scents of the countryside and a warm, laid-back atmosphere.

We have consciously chosen to forego certain modern conveniences, such as television, to encourage guests to rediscover the joy of togetherness, conversations in the garden, and the sounds of nature and silence. The presence of a swimming pool nestled in greenery completes the relaxing experience, providing an ideal space to cool off and soak up the Tuscan sun in complete tranquility.

The location is perfect for alternating quiet days in the countryside with cultural and historical excursions. In addition to Arezzo, cities like Florence, Siena, Perugia, and Assisi are easily accessible, allowing guests to return in the evening to a peaceful and relaxing environment. The Casentino, with its woods, trails, and quaint villages, is a region to be explored slowly, perfect for those who love nature and the authentic rhythms of true Tuscany.

Paolo and Patrizia welcome guests with a simple and understated style, sharing their home and the joy of connection. Always ready to suggest itineraries, places to discover, and moments of relaxation, they strive to create a serene and familial atmosphere where every guest can feel at ease and enjoy their stay naturally.

Area Collina

The property is situated in a particularly advantageous location, just a few minutes from Arezzo and on the doorstep of Casentino, one of the most authentic and picturesque areas of Tuscany. The landscape is characterized by gentle hills, ancient forests, and small historic towns that have managed to preserve a strong and recognizable identity over time, offering an atmosphere of tranquility and harmony that is hard to find elsewhere.

Casentino is a land meant to be experienced slowly, ideal for those who love nature, walking, and outdoor activities. Trails immersed in greenery, millennia-old forests, and ancient parish churches accompany hikes on foot or by bicycle, providing serene views and unspoiled panoramas. The proximity to Arezzo allows for a perfect blend of countryside relaxation and the exploration of a city rich in history, art, and tradition.
