The B&B is located in a hilly and dominant area with a panoramic view of the hills covered with olive trees and cypresses. The wooden villa offers a design room with private bathroom, the garden and the swimming pool with water height up to 1.30 m.

Breakfast is served outside the structure and outdoors in the summer.

Free parking, wi-fi, private bathroom with shower, independent access, just 9 kw from the city of Arezzo.

The room displays original works of art by the artist Gianlorenzo Palazzi to whom a house museum nearby is dedicated.

The location is fantastic for trekking and e-bike routes with lake view, hill view, and you can reach castles and ruins of ancient castles, the Valloni church. Or reach cellars for tastings.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 20% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Exceptional place with a forest behind it and paths to do on an electric bike rented from the owner or on foot. Wonderful view and comfortable stay, friendly and always available owners.

Perfect for getting away from the city noises. I would say a corner of paradise if you love nature. The only flaw is the last 700 meters before reaching the structure are unpleasant, but that is the fault of the Municipality. Owners available for any needs.

Ideal situation for those who want relaxation in absolute calm and privacy, with a breathtaking view, in the shade of a centuries-old oak tree. The pool is an added value to the beauty of the place. The managers are very kind and helpful. The breakfast is abundant. Finally, a postcard-like place at a reasonable price! We will be back!

I stayed at this property with my daughter for three nights. Amazing experience. Enchanting place and absolute relaxation. Silence and peace. We fell asleep to the sounds of the forest. Beautiful view of the hills of Arezzo. The room was very comfortable and the owners were lovely. We will be back soon.

Great solution. Super breakfast. Very nice room. The last kilometer of road to get there is not paved but you can get there without major problems.
