Hey, I'm Carla

At the end of 1979, when San Gimignano had yet to become a sought-after destination for tourists from around the globe, I began offering the Santa Fina apartment, which holds a special place in my heart due to the memories it holds and the stunning view it provides from its spacious terrace. Over time, I expanded my offerings by renting out additional apartments and rooms in the historic center of the city. In 2000, my son Francesco and I opened Palazzo Tortoli, an elegant 13th-century building located in the beautiful Piazza della Cisterna, renowned for its architectural significance and featured in major international travel guides. Finally, in 2002, we launched Podere Ponte a Nappo, a charming farmhouse with a pool, recently renovated and surrounded by nature. From here, one can enjoy a lovely view of the Tuscan countryside and San Gimignano, which is just 900 meters away and can be reached on foot in ten minutes. Together with Andrea and Francesco, we welcome visitors from every corner of the world each year, often engaging in delightful conversations in our garden or sipping a glass of wine among the towers of San Gimignano. What brings us the most joy is seeing our guests return year after year and recommend our apartments to their friends and family. With the hope of leaving you with a wonderful memory of your stay in San Gimignano, I would be delighted to host you along with my children Andrea and Francesco. I look forward to meeting you! Carla.
