Description
Borgo Bottaia holiday farm is a small ancient hamlet of the XVI century, positioned on the enchanting hills of the Tuscan countryside embracing Florence.

The agritourism, surrounded by a breathtaking panorama of vineyards, olive trees and cypresses, has been completely restored maintaining the original structure of the age and preserving the most picturesque details of the typical ancient country houses.

Borgo Bottaia agritourism consists of 15 holiday apartments, all with independent entrance, furnished with sobriety and elegance.

Our farmhouse holiday apartments, even if giving the feeling of an ancient atmosphere, have been provided with all the modern comforts. The agritourism has also a large private parking and the whole area is monitored by video surveillance.

Borgo Bottaia farm holiday apartments are encircled by a wide garden where you may walk and relax. You may also enjoy the wonderful panoramic swimming pool with hydromassage as well as a solarium area.

All the holiday apartments of Borgo Bottaia agritourism have independent entrance. A few have also a small exclusive garden, others have a terrace and the apartments on the first floor have a balcony. Each apartment of the holiday farm has its own small outdoor area with a small table and chairs, where you may enjoy the breathtaking view of the Tuscan countryside, in complete relaxation.

All our apartments have independent heating, safe box and television. A few of them have air conditioning as well. The kitchens are complete with cookware, fridge and oven. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower box and each apartment is equipped with kitchen, bedroom and bathroom linen.

Borgo Bottaia may be the ideal setting for wedding receptions. Work meetings, conventions (45 - 50 people) and family reunions can also be held here.

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 4:30 AM to 7:30 AM
Municipal tax of €1.50 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax

Beautiful place but: No welcome, they leave the key on the door, you have to manage with a disordered used book. Apartment number 5 without soundproofing, you can hear the neighbor above talking and washing. Breakfast is a scam! There is no breakfast. They ask you to come pick up a piece of bread at the reception except on Sundays. Why not say that there is no breakfast. At least we could organize ourselves. Plumbing problem, there was hot water either in the shower or in the kitchen but not both together. Burned or non-functioning light bulbs. Average cleaning, the fridge was dirty. Dirty and wet under the sink. Wake-up call at 8:30 in the morning by the cleaning lady who sweeps with a metal brush on the floor on the upper floor and doesn't want to know anything. The description of the apartment during booking should be clearer to avoid big disappointments. Beautiful place but pleasure spoiled by all these anomalies.

Beautiful holiday in this Borgo Bottaia, characteristic and relaxing landscape, clean apartment, kindness and friendliness of the manager. I recommend it to those who want to alternate relaxation and visit to Florence, there is a bus stop 1 km away.

Borgo Bottaia has been renovated with great taste. It's truly splendid! The apartments are spacious and have preserved all their charm. Inside you find everything you need to be comfortable and well. Beautiful pool.

Beautiful location and superb accommodation. What a great job done! The interior of the apartment perfectly matches the architectural style. Lovely large pool with hydromassage. The house (9) stays cool throughout the day (August). The mattresses are firm. It may not be bothersome for everyone, but next time I would bring some kind of mattress topper. There is a lot of peace and quiet. As the only one in the family, I didn't have any issues with mosquitoes. A mosquito net or screen is not a luxury. Furthermore, I can recommend everyone to stay in this place. Very relaxing! Top! Had a lovely week and highly recommend!
