The interiors span two levels: on the ground floor, there is a spacious living area with a lounge featuring a wood-burning stove, a smart TV, and a sofa bed, along with a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with both a bathtub and shower. Upstairs, accessible by a wooden staircase, is the master bedroom. The ambiance is warm and inviting, perfect for those looking to unwind and feel at home.

Outside, the villa offers a covered veranda adorned with jasmine, ideal for al fresco dining, as well as a large garden enriched with aromatic plants, olive trees, fruit trees, and oaks.
