Description
Casa Formica is a cozy family-run Bed & Breakfast located in the municipality of Cascina, within the province of Pisa. The establishment is housed in a farmhouse from the 1800s, surrounded by greenery, just 6 km from the historic center of Pisa and 20 km from Lucca. It is perfectly situated for those seeking a relaxing countryside getaway while remaining close to the Cisanello Hospital and the CNR. The beach is only a 20-minute drive away.

The property consists of three independent apartments designed to provide maximum comfort and privacy.

The "Mary" apartment, converted from a former barn, is completely self-contained and features a spacious equipped kitchen, a large lofted living room with a fireplace, and a roomy 35 sqm bedroom with a private bathroom.

The "Formichino" apartment is a rustic-style outbuilding of about 40 sqm, with typical Tuscan wooden beams and terracotta tiles. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a private garden, and a parking space. It can accommodate up to four guests, making it perfect for couples or families with children.

The "Iacopo" apartment is a more compact option, featuring a kitchen, a living area with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower.

The garden spans over 2,500 sqm and is furnished with tables, chairs, and umbrellas, providing guests the opportunity to enjoy breakfast outdoors during the pleasant seasons, unwind after a day of excursions, or read in the shade of the large mulberry trees.

Guests have access to a spacious internal parking area and free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Please note that there are domestic cats in the garden.

Involving the whole family, they chose to convert their home into a place that provides warmth, hospitality, and privacy. Stepping away from the typical hotel structure that can often feel too sterile in guest interactions, Casa Formica is able to offer services and comforts that meet high standards.

Casa Formica is located right on the outskirts of eastern Pisa, in a peaceful area surrounded by greenery, ideal for those seeking a relaxing stay without sacrificing the convenience of quickly reaching the main attractions of the city and the surrounding region. Its strategic location makes it perfect not only for tourists but also for anyone needing to stay close to the Cisanello Hospital or the CNR, thanks to its proximity and the option of a shuttle service upon request.

The property is well-connected to major communication routes, allowing for easy travel by car or public transport.
