Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 2 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM

Only first linen change is provided
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms

Io e mio marito siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi da questo B&B ricco di storia e, natura, trasformato in una struttura molto accogliente, con un buon ristorante, personale molto gentile, e in una posizione magnifica.

Molto cordiali e professionali, le stanze sono ampie e panoramiche, la valutazione complessiva è ottima: un B&B con le qualità di un albergo. Assolutamente consigliabile.

È la seconda volta che torno qui ed è sempre un piacere, per via della posizione in collina, dell'accoglienza, della struttura e ottimo campo base da cui partire per fare il giro del Chianti, l'Eroica, Siena a 7 km, vicino a Monteriggioni, S. Gimignano a 40 km, Volterra a 70 etc. Aria buona, cibi squisiti (nell'agriturismo si può mangiare all'Enoteca della Fornace, buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Che dire, si potrebbe migliorare la colazione ma che comunque è ampiamente sufficiente. Posto da consigliare. Piscina in attesa di costruzione per via dei permessi comunali.
