Just a few kilometers from the historic center of Lucca, in a peaceful hillside area surrounded by greenery and close to famous historic villas such as Villa Oliva, Villa Reale, and Villa Grabau, this recently renovated Tuscan-style house is ideal for stays focused on comfort and relaxation. The residence is spread over two levels: on the ground floor, a spacious living room with a kitchenette welcomes guests into a functional and bright environment, while the upper floor features two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The interiors, meticulously designed, blend traditional elements like stone walls with modern amenities, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The sleeping area consists of a master bedroom equipped with a safe, a room with bunk beds, and a double sofa bed in the living room. The house is air-conditioned, making it perfect even in the summer months, and is fully equipped for weekly or longer stays. Guests have access to a kitchen complete with an electric oven and microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine with pods, washing machine, TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi, USB ports, iron, hairdryer, and even a hair straightener. Bed linens, towels, and a complimentary shower kit are provided.

Outside, a large private garden furnished with a table, umbrella, and chairs allows for outdoor dining in complete relaxation. There is also a convenient laundry room. The apartment includes two adjacent parking spaces and offers the option to request a high chair and a camping cot for young children.

The location is strategic: within a few kilometers, there are a shopping center, traditional restaurants, a bike path along the Serchio River, and the Ponte a Moriano train station. Connections to Pisa, Florence, Versilia, and the mountains of Garfagnana and Abetone are excellent. During the summer and autumn months, the area comes alive with internationally recognized events such as the Lucca Summer Festival and Lucca Comics.
