Casa Titty is a delightful retreat nestled in the heart of the Crete Senesi. Just a short distance from the enchanting landscapes of Chianti and the renowned cities of Siena and Arezzo, Casa Titty provides the finest in Tuscan hospitality.

The owners, a sociable yet discreet young couple residing in the eastern part of the villa, will be invaluable sources of information while ensuring your privacy is respected.

Casa Titty features a unique and exclusive apartment designed for two, where functionality and elegance are masterfully combined.

The property is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden, lovingly tended by the hostess. Within it, you will find flower beds adorned with rose bushes, complemented by the fragrance of jasmine, enhancing the villa's charm.

Guests have access to a living room with satellite TV, a kitchen for exclusive use, a bathroom equipped with a double travertine sink and a rain shower, a classically furnished bedroom, and a safe. Laundry and ironing services are available upon request.

The garden at the front of the villa seamlessly extends from Casa Titty. Beyond the veranda lies a spacious panoramic area that overlooks the medieval village of Serre on one side and offers breathtaking sunsets over the Crete Senesi with Siena in the background on the other.

The property is sheltered by a grove of oak and chestnut trees, which not only fills the air with their fragrance but also provides a delightful coolness in the summer, naturally regulating the temperature against the heat.

The typical breakfast offers a delightful selection that includes milk, coffee, fresh pastries, toast served with butter and jam (homemade jams are available upon request). Among the specialties, don't miss my famous plum jam tart. If you're looking for something different, I can prepare a delicious rice pudding, a light yogurt cake, a refreshing lemon cake, a classic or chocolate doughnut, a tasty tiramisu, a creamy panna cotta, a traditional English trifle, or some tempting crepes with Nutella. My name is Ilaria, and I am married to Stefano, who is well-known as Santo Stefano. We have a wonderful 11-year-old daughter named Arianna.
