Just a few kilometers from the historic walls of Lucca, Casabeppe welcomes guests in a countryside farmhouse that is approximately 400 years old, completely renovated with original materials and equipped with modern comforts. Nestled in a vast private area of 10,000 square meters, the property provides a secluded and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a vacation immersed in nature, privacy, and convenience.

The guest accommodations consist of two independent apartments – Carlo and Ilaria – which can accommodate a total of 10 adults and 4 children. The Carlo apartment, spread over two floors and covering 140 square meters, features four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a living area with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a private garden with a gazebo and barbecue. The Ilaria apartment, also on two levels and measuring 85 square meters, includes two double bedrooms, a small room with a bunk bed, two bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dedicated outdoor space. All rooms are air-conditioned and thoughtfully decorated to ensure maximum comfort.

The garden surrounding the house invites relaxation, featuring a private saltwater pool (5x14 meters), enclosed and furnished with sun loungers, umbrellas, and a pergola. Guests also have access to a wood-fired oven, a small soccer field, a volleyball court, a vegetable garden with seasonal produce, private parking, and free Wi-Fi, even by the pool area.

The rate includes all essential services: utilities, weekly linen changes, air conditioning, final cleaning, use of the wood-fired oven, high chairs and cribs for children, as well as daily pool maintenance. The local tourist tax and bicycle rentals are to be paid on-site.

Located in the peaceful hamlet of Sant’Alessio, the house allows guests to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside while remaining just a few minutes away from all major amenities: restaurants, supermarkets, cafes, ice cream shops, laundromats, gyms, and much more can be found within a kilometer. Lucca serves as an ideal base for exploring the wonders of Tuscany, with Pisa, Viareggio, Florence, Livorno, and Siena all easily accessible by car.
