Surrounded by a vast meadow and nestled amid oak and chestnut forests, as well as Mediterranean vegetation, it offers breathtaking views of the city of Arezzo and its charming valleys. Within just twenty minutes, you can reach the heart of Arezzo, or explore the enchanting regions of Valtiberina and Valdichiana. With a few more minutes, you can easily access the Arezzo or Monte San Savino exits along the A1 highway. During breakfast, you'll have the chance to enjoy delicious cakes, cookies, jams, and homemade bread prepared by Daniela and her mother Franca, along with a selection of local products. The sheets and towels are of high quality, featuring elegant embroidery that adds a touch of sophistication to your stay.

Mama Daniela's breakfast is truly a delightful ritual! Every morning, she will treat you to a variety of homemade cakes, including the classic apple pie, tarts made with fresh fruit preserves prepared in the summer, chocolate cakes, and ring cakes with pine nuts. You can also expect artisanal cookies, both high-quality and lovingly made by her, served alongside fresh bread, butter, jams, whole honey, cereals, yogurt, milk, tea, coffee, and herbal infusions.

If you prefer a savory option, just let us know before your arrival: you can enjoy a selection of local cured meats and cheeses, paired with extra virgin olive oil produced from the olives from our family olive grove and homemade bread.

Additionally, upon request, we can prepare a gluten-free breakfast to meet your dietary needs.

My name is Daniela, and I am the owner of this house, which was built by my father on the remnants of an old farmhouse, carefully preserving its original materials. I spent the most wonderful summers of my childhood here, alongside my brother and cousins, enjoying outdoor games and carefree days. Even today, this house retains the same spirit and welcomes families with children, allowing them to play freely in the spacious fenced garden. I am a wife and mother, a creative person with a passion for cooking, gardening, and embroidery. I love engaging in DIY projects, and throughout the bed and breakfast, you will find small items I have made, reflecting the joy of creating with my hands. For breakfast, you can enjoy cakes, cookies, homemade bread, and jams, to start the day simply and authentically.

This spacious residence is divided into two guest apartments, along with a small area designated for the family. It is surrounded by a well-maintained large lawn, nestled within an oak and cypress forest, offering a panoramic view of the beautiful city of Arezzo. Our property is perfect for those looking to spend a day exploring the numerous tourist attractions in the area and then retreat to a peaceful and serene environment. Nearby, there are various marked trails by the CAI and charming roads that are ideal for cycling and mountain biking. Additionally, a stage of the 2016 Giro d'Italia passed just a short distance from Country Hill B&B.
