Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 7 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 6 to 2 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- up to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

I enjoyed my stay here very much, the owners were exceptionally nice and really helpful. I recommend staying here if you want to explore Tuscany. Also theres great train connections to Florence. Thank you Mammasara and Teodoro.

Teodoro e la signora Sara due persone eccezionali, gentili e simpatici, ti accolgono come uno di famiglia. Disponibili, non ci sono aggettivi che li descrivano al meglio. Stanza super pulita, bagno anche se condiviso, pulitissimo. Ambiente silenzioso, per chi vuole stare fuori dal caos è il posto ideale. Se avrò l'occasione ci ritorno.
