Born in 1897 amidst the gentle hills of Vada's countryside, Casale Mancini tells a tale of passion, roots, and dreams that have come to fruition. Purchased in the 1950s by Mr. Agostino Mancini, who arrived from the Marche region with his wife, the farmhouse has been the vibrant heart of family life for decades, gradually evolving into a place of genuine hospitality and heartfelt cuisine.

Thoughtfully renovated in 2006, the farmhouse now operates as a bed & breakfast, nestled in tranquility just three kilometers from the sea, surrounded by a spacious garden featuring a pool and private parking. The cozy interior spaces, equipped with every comfort, invite guests to unwind and enjoy the slow pace of the Tuscan countryside. Breakfasts prepared by Liliana and Livia, featuring homemade cakes, tarts, bread, and jams, provide a sweet awakening filled with the scents of childhood and tradition.

At the heart of the Casale is the kitchen, where the Mancini sisters blend creativity, artistic training, and a respect for quality ingredients to create dishes that are both flavorful and beautifully presented. Each dish is crafted from fresh, organic, and local ingredients, with special attention given to those with allergies or dietary restrictions. The restaurant also serves as a grill and pizzeria, with pizzas baked in a wood-fired oven using sourdough, organic flours from ancient grains, and seasonal toppings; the meat is sourced from selected Tuscan farms, ensuring a zero-kilometer approach.
